1. Upload a clear color copy of the information/bio page of your passport 请上传清晰的护照首页彩色扫描件（个人信息页）

注1：财产证明数额需大于预计学费+生活费所需金额，一般建议开具可满足学生学习期间的所有学费、生活费、个人零用金额；通常3-6周大于10000美元即可。
注2：证明无需“冻结”，仅需开具流水余额即可；
注3：需中英文版本证明（大多银行均可开具），如银行仅能开具中文证明，需附上翻译，并制成一份PDF文件上传。
注4：如开具金额为人民币，需附上xe.com的汇率换算截图（请输入正确人民币金额），并制成一份PDF文件上传。

请根据上述要求，上传您或家长的银行活期财产/余额/流水证明（任选其一，无需冻结，90天之内开具） To receive a Certificate of Eligibility (I-20) and apply for your F visa, the U.S. government requires that you show enough funding to cover your expenses while in the U.S. Please note that the amount shown on the document should be higher than the required amount listed in the "statement of financial support form". **If your bank statement is in other currency, please include a screenshot from XE.COM and upload in one PDF document. Personal/Family/Private Funding: Upload a copy of your or your sponsor's financial or bank statement(s). The bank statement should show an excess of the total fees and estimated expenses as described in the Statement of Financial Responsibility (see #1). This should not be a list of transactions. This document should show available funds that can be converted into cash in a short time with little or no loss in value (no cryptocurrency, stocks, bonds, real estate, life insurance, etc.). Bank Statements or Letters must include ALL of the following: a. Official Bank Letterhead/Logo b. Name of account holder c. Date of issue d. Balance of account equal to or in excess of minimum required funding. Currency used (does not need to be in USD) Mixed funding: If you are using both personal/family and institutional funding, please upload all of the above. Tip! The most common delay of I-20 issuance is insufficient or incorrect funding. Don't let this be you! Please read the Financial Details section carefully!

3. Upload your “Affidavit of Financial Support”

i. 第一部分填写学生基本信息（姓名、生日、学生ID）
ii. 如所有款项均为家长提供，第二部分填写金额、家长名称、签字
iii. 第三部分学生签字

3. Upload your “Affidavit of Financial Support” 请根据上述要求，上传暑期项目财产责任申明签字文件，签字需手写签字后上传扫描件，或符合要求的电子签

Upload a completed Summer Sessions Statement of Financial Responsibility. If someone else is providing proof of financial support, please clearly indicate your relationship to this person and ensure he/she signs where indicated.

*Summer Session Change: I understand that once my I-20 is issued, I cannot change my session enrollment if this will change the start and end dates of my I-20. *
*Summer Full-time Enrollment Confirmation: I confirm that I am currently enrolled full-time based on the sessions I have selected and this is reflected in the course selection system. *
*Summer Full-time Enrollment Requirement: I understand that I am required to be enrolled full-time to receive my I-20 and must remain enrolled full-time throughout my studies. *
Employment: I understand that I may not work in the U.S. without authorization from International Student Services.
